Routine Maintenance Scope of Work

• Structural Fastener & Torque Audit: Systematic inspection of all grade 8.8 bolts across leg splices, bracings, and mount brackets using calibrated click-type torque wrenches.
• Corrosion Inspection & Cold Galvanizing: Cleaning surface rust, applying zinc-rich cold galvanizing primers, and industrial weather-protective polyurethane paint coatings.
• Aviation Warning Lamp (AOL) & Solar Photocell: Inspection and replacement of LED aviation obstruction warning fixtures, twilight sensors, and battery back-up circuits to meet DGCA norms.
• Earthing & Lightning Protection: Digital earth resistance measurements across all earthing pits, ensuring resistance remains well under standard telecom thresholds (<1.0 Ohm), treating pit soils with chemical compound refills.
• Guy-Wire Tensioning & Anchors: Checking turnbuckles, safety wire ropes, and tension balance on guyed towers using certified tensiometers.
• Cable Tray & Feeder Clamping: Repairing damaged cable trays, tightening feeder clamps, and inspecting waterproof cable entry boots into equipment shelters.
