Erecting a brand new tower is often unfeasible due to municipal restrictions and real estate costs. Structural strengthening provides an economical, swift alternative.

Key Strengthening Interventions
- Leg Member Doubling / Replacement: Bolting additional steel angle profiles alongside existing tower legs or replacing distressed leg members using hydraulic temporary prop jacking systems.
- Diagonal & Horizontal Bracing Upgrades: Installing higher grade structural steel angles to reduce unsupported slenderness ratios and increase compressive capacity.
- Gusset Plate Reinforcement: Fabricating and mounting heavier sandwich gusset plates with high-tensile 8.8 / 10.9 grade fasteners.
- Guyed Mast Cable Replacement: Swapping deteriorated guy ropes with pre-stretched galvanized steel wire ropes, re-tensioned to exact factory load charts.
- Foundation Anchor Strengthening: Drilling and chemical rebar grouting around existing pedestal caps to expand the foundation footprint and pull-out resistance.
